Alloy Rear Diff Case

Hot off the CNC machine is the latest exciting lightweight product from Canley Classics under the CCSport name. Machined from solid aluminium billet and carefully designed to be both strong but very much lighter than the cast iron original. I have just weighed a standard case at just over 6 kilos, our aluminium case is just under 3 kilos! Further benefits are promised such as increased oil capacity (as important as the reduction in weight), a drain plug facility, and take off points for a oil cooler kit which we will be offering as an accessory. Designed to be used on any large bearing quarter shaft car such as GT6 (all models), Vitesse 2 (MK1 & 11), and Spitfire MkIV,1500. We could, to special order, produce a small bearing case if you so wish.

We will be bringing this case along to Gaydon next weekend, come and have a look, prepare to salavate!

What's next? The diff front case should follow shortly, and after that? I count at least 6 major new aluminum replacements for orginal cast iron parts coming up this summer!
